Iron Wolf Ranch & Distillery – opened Sept 16th

Located on 15 acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country – or Texas “Still” Country as they like to call it – Iron Wolf offers up some tasty spirits permeated with quality and innovative local ingredients. The current lineup includes Rum, Hotscotch (butterscotch and chilies whiskey), Gin, Vodka, Giddy’Up! (horseradish flavored vodka), and Iron Hot (cinnamon and chilies whiskey). You can do a tasting of choice of 4 for $8, choose from one of their signature cocktails, or go bold and just take a shot! Very nice, inviting country/rustic themed tasting room and outdoor seating available. Entertainment options includes live music, a 9-hole disc golf course, and a special kid’s play area. Distillery tours available. Rotating food trucks on-site. Property is well-behaved kiddo and Fido friendly (on leash only; the D.O.G.s, not the kids). 🙂
