Well, it’s that time of year again. Super Bowl Sunday! And, along with watching the pigskin and athletic men in tights (golly, I am a football fanatic!), there is always abundant amounts of food and libations – at least there should be! Here are 6 Easy Super Bowl Bite Recipes that will simplify your life and might even make you MVP of the day! Okay, I’m not a trained chef and this stuff ain’t rocket science, but people always eat it up. 😉
Yes, there’s a lot of “Buffalo,” but it’s such a traditional football staple I’m always trying to find ways to reinvent it somehow. Try being the important word. Please let me know what you think.
Bonus #7 thought – Make a Charcuterie and Cheese Board: pick up some meats, cheeses, fruits, pickled stuffs, and more…arrange on a cutting board or tray…and serve. Here I included some delicate 34Degrees Crisps; however, I also like to use thin Italian bread sticks, crustinis, water crackers, or petite toast. Heck, it’s whatever you want! Bring out the Ritz. Nobody is going to complain. And, if they do…politely kick them out.
